Because it's their right.
Or perhaps you mean: Why would they want to? Still, I don't know. I guess it's easier for them to blend into a crowd and they like it. That's why.

Eh, for $20 I'd rather buy a band shirt. People have deem particular things (like this brand for example) as socially acceptable.Kritical_Strike
How do afford your rock and roll lifestyle?
They like the way it looks?GettingTired
But, it's just the word HOLLISTER in huge font. Maybe a seagull. How does one find that stylish?

*Shrugs* I don't know. I never really saw the appeal in being a walking billboard either.

I could buy two T-shirts for twenty dollars. Hell, I could even find a GBA game for 20.

In the same way one finds powdered wigs stylish.

I second this reason. :D
In my media design class, we were talking about what Hollister and Abercrombie are trying portray if people bought their clothes. The most prepiest girl in the class who doesn't know jack about Photoshop, screams out "Because it makes them sexy." Then, the teacher said, "In my opinion, I think it makes them snobby." I love my teacher ^.^ My teacher then asked, "what kind of audience would buy these clothing?" Same idiot screams "rich people"...
[QUOTE="VanHelsingBoA64"]Seriously, I can't understand why someone would pay 20 dollars to have the words HOLLISTER super-imposed on a regular ol' T-shirt.B05T0N
Pics. I need to see how they look.

No. She made it seem like she was the "coolest" person in the school by screaming out that clothes to make her better than others. She's basically gloating and bragging.
Why do people even wear clothes? :|CrimzonTide
because there's people like me... and nobody wants to see that :?

she said hollister makes them sexy...some people think band shirts are sexy..some people think humorous shirts are sexy...its just an opinion, but hers must not be valid because she different from you.
What's everyone's beef with big logos on t-shirts? They're just logos. If you're honestly that offended by them, that's just sad.Wii60always
I'm not offended. It's just that people think their sooooooo cool. It's just a damn logo. Nothing ****ing else. How can someone pay 20 dollars just for that and think its somehow cool?
