Why do some kids think they're cool because they swear a lot???

Like, who cares if you swear. Just because you say the word **** doesn't mean you're cool. It just means your willing to take a risk of being caught. Why is swearing so cool these days??? It's not. And I wish kids would stop. Or else the next generation is screwed. This is only the prelude. If these gangster wannabe's get out of hand they WILL have a problem to solve.GamerBoy53

Well then...you acknowledge that YOUR speaking habits are NOT done out of any attempt to be "cool".

So...why would you assume that when people speak in ways that you don't like, that THEY are trying to be "cool".

If it's possible for your speech habits to not have anything to do with being cool, isn't it equally possible that people who cuss a lot don't have any intention of being cool, but just plain like to cuss a lot?

Lots of people are jerks. Many jerks also are NOT intentionally being jerks just to be cool.

I don't think there's anything wrong with cursing, it can be pretty practical to highlight a sentence or a word sometimes :P

It's when those words slink into every single sentence I get annoyed, that's almost proof of a bad vocabulary.

I just talk the way I talk. I find that some swear words best portray what I'm trying to say.
