Why does all the tournaments Exclude Quebec Players ?!!!?

I dont get why all the tournaments EXCLUDE Quebec gamers ... is it cause you just plain hate us ? or basicly you dont know that some of us do actualy speak english perfectly ????

Well there is "US & CANADA" in the tournaments but it says ( Excluding Quebec ) ... so basicly its just Quebec thats the problem ? i dont get why ?

I'm from Monrtreal, and wondered the same thing before... I've heard that the laws here make it complicated for companies to organise international tournaments/drawings including us, dunno, I think our laws are very restrictive as to what's legal or illegal, so companies and web sites prefer not to have to deal with our crap and exclude us

Quebec IS trying to leave Canada afterall... bloodlust_101

no no no...Not everybody in Quebec wants to seperate from canada....if we do im already packed to move to ontario..so...i could care less about quebec but i think its not fair that cause we live in Quebec that we get excluded..

i dont think its cause of America's Anti-gay ways that they exclude us cause Quebec hates gay people. of course Montreal has a gay village but every town on earth has one....you just dont know about it , even alabama has gay people lol

Quebec is excluded from many contests internationally and withing Canada. the exact reasons are unknown, but the gist is that Quebec has different rules related to Gaming/gambling and contests such as Beer contests.(Quebec has different laws for everything) So rather than put up Quebec's eccentric laws they are just excluded.
