I don't know what that is exactly, I have only seen the stereotype on TV. Never real life, all my Italian friends HATE Jersey Shore btw. That does not represent their culture at all.

It's a derogatory word that's catered toward Italians who came to America to find a better life, or the children of Italians who came to America.
