Because the FCC does not regulate cable television, only broadcast television.

The fact that you have to pay for that channel makes a really big difference. Also note that they do not show full frontal nudity without bluring it out.

FFC only moderates things that are to the public - you pay for cable. Now if animal planet was a channel you would get on rabbit ears they would be all over it. Sames goes for radio, and the news.

I was just going to say that. The only reason you don't generally see nudity and F-Bombs on basic cable is because of the sponsors. Although channels like Comedy Central will on occasion air uncensored content after midnight such as their celebrity roasts.

I've looked into the supreme court ruling about the FCC and I simply don't get it to be honest.

Already been covered, but the FCC regulates basic television and not cable channels.  They allow some things to slide, such as if you watch a documentary on villagers on PBS or something, they will allow nudity.  But on a regular movie or show that is being televised, they won't allow it.  There's often controversy surrounding their regulating as they sometimes overstep their boundaries or let some things slide which are blatantly against their own regulations.  Or they'll fine some people way more than others. Many consider them an antiquated organization and that we'd be better off without them.
