Not exactly rejected. Suspended for 4 yrs maybe. Keep in mind over 50% of the country didn't vote for Trump, and while majority of whites are Trump supporters, the country is becoming more diverse. Also traditional conservatism has also been rejected.
I wont say you're saying a lie but you're not being honest
50% of the country DID vote for Trump. What you failed to say is that places with large liberal bases like Cali didn't vote for Trump. Since that state is so big it skews the results.
Whites aren't the only ones to vote Trump, he won by getting everyone else to vote for him.
Traditional conservatism has never been as strong. Trump converted more Democrats to vote red since Reagan. Also there is a huge number of people in the 15-35 demo that align with Republican values.
Stop trying to pretend this was a fluke.
Actually no, they didn't. In case the math is too rough for your non-college educated head, 60 millions is not 50% of 319 millions (100% of the country), it's not even 50% of the population who voted, hell it's not even 50% of the population who voted for one of the two major candidate.
Whites are the only racial group with a majority Trump support. Asians and Hispanics has less than 30% support for Trump. Furthermore I did a quick regression analysis, in order to get to a ratio close to .989 (ratio of current Trump and Hillary vote tally) the whites need to show up more than other minority groups by almost increase of 14% in order to get the current ratio of Trump/Hillary votes.
Trump doesn't stand for traditional conservatism. He in fact stands against it. http://www.nationalreview.com/article/430126/donald-trump-conservatives-oppose-nomination. Your average Trump voters know as much about true conservatism as I know about competition square dancing, squat.
It's a fluke in that Trumps victory doesn't represent a reversal or rejection of all the social progression made so far. It's more like the last hurrah of a dying breed.
