Two of my co workers got into an argument at work. One was white one was black they each made racial slurs toward one another . The black guy had no discipline taken against him. The white guy got a week off. I witnessed this argument first hand and the black guy started it. The reason the white guy got a week off was that the company said he made a racial slur against the co worker . The black guy who also made a racial slur the company said they wasn't concerned what the black guy said . Things get said when there's an argument is the company stance.

I would sue the company if I was the white guy. I'm sick and ****ing tired of these dumb*** double standards. And political correctness needs to burn in the darkest, deepest, and hottest pit of hell. And of course the company doesn't care what the black guy says, he's black. According to political correctness, black people can't be racist. And that isn't true. Any person from any race can be racist, not just whites.

Who are you blaming? You work for a company who don't know how to manage their staff. This isn't institutional racism, it's professional incompetence.

You cant sue your employer in the state of Michigan. And the company told him if he pursues the issue they will fire him.. Go figure. Its got all the whites in the shop pissed off. Last year durning election year you wear obama shirts to work but not Mccain palin shirts. Also there was a black guy at work who wore this shirt once a week to work that said proud to be black . One of the white guys at work went out and had a tshirt with proud to be white on it . The company said he could not wear it into work because it would start problems.

The white guy at work is not there to shake the black mans hand he got a week off. And in the state of michigan you can not sue your employer unless extreme cases of negligence. The white guy has checked out the suing way . He told me himshelf no lawyer he has talked to will not touch it.
