There are plenty of them. But they have to hide from the hordes of horny and impulsive teenage males.
There are a lot of girls I know who play games. However it's tough to say any of them are really "hardcore" gamers. Most play Guitar Hero and Wii Sports. :?
Why is it so hard to find a guy that doesn't play games and cares about my feelings and enjoys twilight and Justin Bieber with me?

Touche, good sir.
I'm lonely. I want companionship. But I don't want to spend any effort in getting it. I'd much rather sit on my ass playing video games. Why do I have to find a girl? Why can't girls find me? They don't even have to trouble themselves by looking for me. I'm right here! I'll tell them where I am, seriously. Please. *sniff* I'm so lonely.
Or something like that.
Bad habits? like putting those annoying triangles before and after your message?▲ Why would you want one anyway? Why would I wan't a girl that has the same bad habits as me. ▲

I think you missed the sarcasm in his post.▲ Why would you want one anyway? Why would I wan't a girl that has the same bad habits as me. ▲

There's plenty of female gamers out there, I know quite a few, but none of them are ones I would ever consider dating. Not very ladylike: they wear baggy clothing, don't fix their hair (or have it in some weird style), and cuss a lot. Not exactly the desirable type.UT_WrestlerSpeak for yourself. Some of us aren't looking for saints.

Well, thankfully I'd never date a prude.
It wasn't hard for me at all. My best friend is a girl, she loves Zelda games and all of her friends like Assassin's Creed and Mirror's Edge.
It's not exactly something I was looking for, though, it just happens to be. Out of all the things you want to find about a person, whether or not they play/enjoy videogames shouldn't really be too high on the list.
Speak for yourself. Some of us aren't looking for saints. I didn't say a girl had to be a saint, I just wouldn't date a girl who dresses and acts like a guy.[QUOTE="UT_Wrestler"]There's plenty of female gamers out there, I know quite a few, but none of them are ones I would ever consider dating. Well I'm a girl and I game once in a while. Not as much as I used to.
It has a lot to do with society. When I was growing up I always got picked on by other girls for playing video games. I didn't let it stop me though.

Hey xaos, nice to see you!
For some reason, it looks like two extra posts are tacked on the quote. Some kind of glitch maybe? :P

To you.
It's not a turn-off for me.

AND pretty much anyone. And all of the guys I used to go to school with and the guys I know through the net who currently date tomboys who are 'worse' than me...I'm lonely. I want companionship. I know, right? It's a Catch 22 or something. I want a girlfriend...but I don't want to do anything with that girlfriend except for what I do for most of every day by myself; and that's playing WoW.There's plenty of female gamers out there, I know quite a few, but none of them are ones I would ever consider dating. Girls can't cuss people or games out ? Whats wrong with baggy clothing ? I don't get what you mean man... I really don't.
Speak for yourself. [QUOTE="UT_Wrestler"] A girl can be a tomboy and still be attractive, but shopping shopping for clothing and the men's department and doing nothing with the hair is not attractive.DeihjanI'm a tomboy. I wear whatever I want. I don't look like a girly girl, nor do I look like a guy. I swear, I have a heck of a hairdo and I only wear make up once or twice a month. I couldn't care less what other people think of my looks and my style, I wear what I like to wear, I dress in the shirts and jeans I like. If a guy can't accept me for my style, or for my game style, then he can go to hell. Prude.
You sound kind of upset because you aren't one guy's "type," even though he didn't mention you specifically...

I play a lot, but I've never met a girl that played anything past Mario on the SNES or something on the Wii. I tried getting my boyfriend's friend's girlfriend to play some Halo with us (we were all drinking beer and LAN'ing it up, she just kind of sat there), and she basically played for a game, cried that she sucked, and quit. I'm kind of the odd goose in my social circle, so I don't know :\
