If you're calling a girl a female dog, you're suggesting she has no self respect and leads a base life. There's nothing intrinsically bad about all sorts of body parts either, but you still wouldn't want to be compared to them.
it was very degrading to refer to a person as a dog. it was a serious insult back in the day, therefore the B word is frowned upon. Even though the word is just used in a casual or joking fashion
Because calling a woman a female dog basically means she has the value and sexual morals of one and or acts like a terrible person. And one would think that it makes sense to consider this an insult.
