Well if there are, I heard that China abort the female babies if they get females, because they want a son instead of a daughter so maybe that's why. Elviathan

Men don't genetically have a shorter lifespans. Jobs with high casualty rates are filled more with young men than women and the many young men dying reduce men's average lifespan. Seriously...how many women do you see building skyscrapers?

In Wyoming the ratio of females to males is 3 females to 1 male.

Of course the ratio of cattle to humans is 150 cattle to one human.

The moral is, Wyoming has great fishing!

Women outnumber men. Why? If you filp a coin 10 times odds are you won't get 5 heads and 5 tails, something like that. Plus pretty much 99% of war (combat) related deaths are men.thirstychainsaw

That has alot to do with it but you have to remember that there are other causes than war. Other factors for women outnumbering men has to do with men not going to the doctor for regular checkups, men are more likely to die early from doing stupid things like driving wrecklessly or living a life of crime, men are more likely to have jobs with higher than normal mortality rates like police work, construction, underwater welder, men are more likely to be the victims of homicide and men are also more likely to die from stress releated health problems which contribute to women out living us.
