First there are those who scam on eBay and sell poor quality knock offs or they send you a sock or something
Then there are the ******* hackers who break into your email spamming your friends their useless bs
Then I hear something about China threatening ww3 if US gets too involved with the whole iran nuclear thing!

It just makes me wish those who blame Americans whould take a good look at the Chinese (btw I am not from America or China)

Just a lot of people in china just want to scam for their own selfish needs and dont give a **** about others.

It pisses me off so much that their gov can't do anything about this.

For PC **** and obvious reasons not saying ALL Chinese.

I don't really understand why people bash the U.S. and praises China. But I don't think that those who bash the U.S. automatically condones what China is doing, it's just that the U.S. has a greater amount of influence on world affairs, so it would make more sense to bash the U.S. instead of China.

I've never been to China, but from all the things I hear and read from there. Why would anyone want to live there?

Don't worry. Europe who criticises everything including ourself, is also taking a good look at China.
I have seen like 5 episodes of a pretty deep going TV show about the way China thinks, their economy, their increase in influence in the world, what it means for their people that they are doing well, and the future of China. :P
Don't worry, they will get a lot of criticism too once they get close enough to the forefront.
We already had some issues with companies moving en masse to China, which they are now undoing.

It could be that people really don't like the US influence. They have a lot of weird rules with Europe and third world countries. China doesn't do that as much. So they might think China would be a better choice. The Chinese are very smart doing this: they give money to third world countries that have resources of value, without constraints or rules. Those countries are now more favourable to share their resources with China than with Europe or USA. But don't you worry, there will be quite a lot of criticism when they do too well. For instance our economic systems cannot compete with theirs. At some point it will induce changes that people will oppose.

TC is right. The US government would never threaten military retaliation and no honest American would dare hack or scam a fellow citizen!

None of them is good. I've always rooted three powers, Western, Centric, and Eastern. That way, if someone makes a unilateral step, he faces the challenge of neutrality no longer being neutral. Give Western world power, it colonizes and exerts their own national interest above all others. Give Eastern world power, it install dictators and corruption becomes institutionally rampant. Both sides gotta keep to themselves...

I'd at least like to visit there and get a taste of its rich culture; many expats have enjoyed the experience of working there. For sure China has some issues that needs to be resolved but it is no North Korea.
