If you don't mind my asking, how did you go about loosing the weight? Did you use healthy or unhealthy methods?
It basically started in June of 07. I was at my peak fatness and I remember waking up in like May and I just had no appetite, absolutely none. It went on until the summer. I basically ate one small meal a day...I also slept 12-15 hours often cause I was growing. I would just play video games and they helped me forget about being hungry as I drank water and carbonated drinks (to simulate being full). This went on for months and I was just never eating more than one plate of food a day and then eventually once I hit about 130 pounds I stopped due to doctor intervention but I grew really conscious about what I ate and I started eating healthy. Losing the weight healthily at that point was pretty pointless since I had no reason to lose anymore. So in short, I did it very unhealthily, I lost a lot of muscle too.
