Why my principal would act this way?

Hey. I have attended this small university for about 2 weeks now. One time I was sanding next to our principal of our university. I was standing to the left of him in the lunch line . He looked to the right and asked the person next to him how she was doing, then he looked in my direction, I expected him him to say something to me but instead skipped me and asked the person standing right next to me how she was doing. She was in the back of me in the line. I was quite confused why he would talk to people standing right next to me but not me.I guess it must be because I am a male while they are female. I know its not a big deal, but hat are your thoughts on this?Why do you think he would talk to the people around me, but not me?

This is usually because the principle has looked up information on every student and decides to only talk to the people he decides that he likes.

Conclusion, he hates you tc.

Reminds me of the math teacher I had first quarter at community college. He was in a relationship with one of the Running Start students (high school students taking college courses), and pretty much everyone in the class seemed oblivious to it but me. I never said anything to anyone but they pretty much were so involved with each other and a quarter or two, and I don't see how anybody else could have not noticed. But finally someone did and he was fired. Most people seemed confused but I seriously was like, "You guys really have no idea?! Are you blind?!". Seems he got off easy though being fired, instead of going to prison for screwing an underage high school student. But years later I decided to check his RateMyProfessor profile and he pretty much sounded like I remember him, guys in his classes complained he wouldn't give them any attention when they needed it and he'd only work with the girls and openly flirt with them, and the girl reviews were always he was the nicest guy always willing to go out of his way to help.

There was a professor in one of my university classes I thought was particularly perverted. He taught a big lecture class of a couple hundred students twice a week but three days of the week we'd be in study sections with our TAs, and those sections were maybe 20-30 students each. Anyhow, he ordered the TAs first day of class to take individual photos of all his students which IMO he had no basis for doing since he never actually interacted with us in any way, not even in the lectures except to lecture, and we had absolutely no contact with him whatsoever, he didn't even evaluate our work, the TAs did all that. If I had to guess he only did so to know who the girls of the class were and maybe beat off to the photos in his office, I see no legitimate reason for him doing what he did.
