For too long, Hollywood has left the minorities out of casting, in favor of a full white role.

Tyler Perry assures a place for black actors in all of his movies.

Tyler Perry is a bastion in a sea of intolerance and his films are a sanctuary for the oppressed.

Sure his films may not always be the best, but as long as Tyler is around, black actors/actresses will have a turn to shine

I'm gonna stand up and admit that I like Tyler Perry's movies. I've seen almost all of them and can't wait for the new ones. His TV shows on the other hand....

IMO, he isn't funny, but his stories are well written, and I'm pretty sure he's a closet case.
