so my Megaman powered up UMD got damaged from sitting in my pocket...i haven't had it 3 months yet...i have the recipt.

i don't want to have to send it into capcom XD

They always ask you when you buy something if you want to get the gameplay guarantee on it for some extra money.

That's the thing that everyone always reflexively answers "no" to. :P

Odds are that if what I said holds true in Canada the store won't be aware of it. So you'd have to argue with corporate.

Then again you can set yourself up a lawsuit if the store refuses...
