Will this website charge me money? I'm dying here.

So, I registered an account in a website that said it was free, but they did have subscription options, which I didn't take and just stayed with the free membership.

Thing is, I can't remove the account from that website at all, and I'm afraid that if they turn into a fully paid website they start charging me money.

Is that possible too happen? I only provided them an email without any information about me, and I didn't gave them credit cards, phone numbers, nothing, but i'm still afraid that I will be forced to pay ;(

How could they possibly take any money from you if they don't have any payment info?

How the hell did you expect them to charge you.You just said you did not give credit card info.A website cannot bill you on your internet/phone bill.Don't worry,your not in any trouble.

If you did not give them any financial information, they cannot force you to pay. You can ignore any communication from them if you don't wish to deal with the site anymore.

You shouldn't worry about it. Worst case is that you have to contact their customer service to remove your non-subscription account.

If you didn't agree to pay them anything then you don't have to pay them anything. If you didn't give them any of your payment information they can't take money off you. If they do find a way to take money off you, I wager it'd be illegal had you not agreed to. If you're really worried, check the small print that no one ever bothers to read when you registered.

Not only would that be illegal, but extremely difficult and wouldn't work in most cases.

A website cannot bill you on your internet/phone bill. Don't worry,your not in any trouble.

 Back in the day, pr0n sites would try to trick you into downloading a dialer that would disconnect your fax/modem from the Interwebs and dial some 900 number in Vanuatu or something. A friend's brother fell for it. Phone bill was enormous. We all laughed at the incident. Fun times.

Gotta be honest, yep it is, I didn't put any payment info and decided to go ahead and deactivate the email I gave them.

Nothing to worry about as others have already said. You didn' t give any credit ot payment info so they can' t take your money. Simple as that.
