Hey I just downloaded the Windows 7 beta, but I can't connect to the internet, and when I troubleshoot it, it says it cant find an internet connection. What's going on?

I'm aware of that, but how come other people can connect online with Windows 7 and not me?

Depends on your hardware and software configuation. Due to the nature of windows there will be certain combinations that it conflicts with. Just email the beta support.

It specifically says before you download it that you should have proficient knowledge of fixing computer issues before attempting to install Windows 7. I'm willing to bet that you don't. Mine works fine. No bugs to report.

Try going to Windows Firewall and adding Internet Explorer (or Firefox or whatever browser you want) to the accepted items. I can't imagine why that wouldn't be a default setting, but I had the same problem and now it's working fine. Don't listen to the unhelpful jerks who also replied to you. :-)

Well I allowed IE on the firewall list, but it still doesn't work... I ran the troubleshoot again, and it told me that I had to re-install the drivers. I tried to do that, but then it said that the OS wasn't compatible...

Don't worry, people seem to have their sarcasm detectors on low today. When ever someone asks for help with their internet connection someone will always say "well how are you posting then?", without fail.

Just a hunch - did you download the 64 bit version of W7? Support for 64 drivers is poor for Windows

No, I downloaded the 32 bit.
