My school absolutely hates snow days. Today we were lucky enough to get a half day in the middle of a giant snowstorm. And unlike you schools which get off for two weeks in a row, we have to go in TWO WHOLE DAYS NEXT WEEK!

where do u live? i to have ahuge snowstorm going on right now and they gave us a 1/2 day 2day as a precaution and i'm rly hoping they just cancel school for monday and tuesday.

We had a pretty huge blizzard last weekend and we're supposed to have another blizzard this weekend, so who knows... I have to go to school for two days next week and then I have winter break. I doubt we'll use up any more snow days.

Last night, the northern part of Ohio was covered in winter storm advisory and ice storm advisory mixed with sleet and rain. I got a call from my school at 5:22 AM to tell me that school was closed, so it came early since we weren't supposed to start winter break until December 22nd. :P
This is how it went for me weather wise this week: On Monday, it was about 21 degrees and snowed all day and into the night. They close school the next day, and the weathermen start saying to prepare for more. Suddenly, the storm that was supposed to hit moved away and just provided rain. So we ended the week with a high of 56 and clear skies. :?
we got hit with a huge snowstorm 3 days ago and now winter break has come early! is it like this for anyone else?

We weren't supposed to have Winter Break until 2:50 Pacific Time today (AKA: Right Now), but we had about half a foot of snow on Sunday, with no above freezing temperatures coming until Thursday, so we've been out of school for the past 5 days.
Boulder recieved much of its snow last week, had like 8 inches in like a day and a half, then a few smaller storms scattered through out. Uni, ended last friday though, with our finals, Fri-Thur(had 1 saturday, 2 monday, and 1 thursday), nothing got cancelled though. I'm now on Winter Break, came home yesterday.
