This is probably going to be my new favorite browser. Very fast clean and simple. Sry if there were already 100 threads about chrome but you should try it if you have notyet.
I like some ideas, but I'll stick with a stable browser. I can't tell the difference between a page loading in 3.45626 seconds and one loading in 3.536832 seconds.

I am a big firefox fan also but there is no harm in downloading chrome and checking it out. The difference in speed seems apparent to me its not just a fraction on a second.
i use Firefox and love it. but i figured what the heck ill give it a try. Chrome has a better simpler feel to it. theres no clutter or unnecessary icons that you never use. its also integrated with google so no need for the google toolbar. you can use the adress bar when searching as well. its pretty sweet
Yeah I love it. I'm using it right now. I just wish it had Ad-Block and that I could use the little scroll wheel when you click the middle button of the mouse in.
I've been using EI ever since I got a computer...and that was like...12 years ago or something. Never saw any reason to switch over to FF, or Opera. I doubt Google will chance that.
At the moment I don't seen any reason to use, except as a backup browser. It lacks a lot of the features that makes Firefox so great, and not having a built in ad blocker is a bad move I feel, though seeing as Google lives on ad revenue I guess its not something they'd want to push. Maybe when it gets extensions I might take another look
-shrugs- i dont see it as much faster. meh. that whole "save the site you visit the most" could get some kids in trouble that happen to look at things there parents wouldnt approve of :P
anything that adds start up entries without my knowledge gets immediately deleted, and google is no exception to this rule, like I honestly need google update service running 24/7 no thanks thats almost as bad as apple
I'm loving IE8 right now. It's much faster then Firefox. Firefox is nice and all with its add ons but it has always been slow and extremely glitchy for me. I never had so many problems with IE that I do with FF. I'll give Chrome a test drive but from a review I read earlier I'll probably end up sticking with IE.
