I just switched the background colour to white, which I haven't done for about a year.  :shock:  Forgot how... white it was.  Anyway, may as well use up a poll.

No. I don't really like the lighter colors. The darker colors are more aesthetically pleasing.

I don't use the white background because it's too bright and it doesn't match my FireFox theme. :P

Too bright. When your psoting late at night, you need the dark colored GS.

I don't mind it... Still prefer black though. I do like lighter coloured forums though, wish we could get a light blue option. Perhaps one that effects the colour above the navigation bar to.

I use the black background.. I rather like my eyes and don't want them destroyed by looking at a white light all the time.
