Rub her back too, even if she doesn't seem to 'reciprocate.' She'll acknowledge later on that you at least tried, and sometimes that's good enough.

Some women like it when the guy is trying to cheer them up all the time, it makes them feel good seeing as they get lots of attention and compliments as well as romance thrown at them left right and centre and whilst you're stuck stressing out here she is probably casually just doing something. What I have learnt is that women like this should be avoided at all costs.Too_tight_shoes

Thing is, just don't let it get to you, if shes gonna be like that then you don't need it really.

Not all women are easily pissy so find one that isnt and your golden.
