Find out your normal pattern from work to stress at home, and break it. So, go take a warm bath. Get a massage. Drink some unusual tea. Do a relaxation/meditation exercise. Breathe in for 5 seconds, hold your breath for 2 seconds, let go in 6 seconds. Something silly like that. Put on a nice song and do nothing but listen to the song. Throw away your mobile phone.
