do different types of situps. Do the ones where you lie sideways and crunch, good for your side abs.
also, do leg raises (lay on back, then lift your legs sticking straight out into the air.
Do iron crosses, bridges, if you have fat on your stomach do cardio
Ab work alone is gonna take a long time, try some core strengthening excercises, do squats and power cleans if you can, and flex your abs while doing those

your play football? what position? Unless youre a scrawny receiver it might just be that you are a little husky in that area and dont get much definition. I had really hard abs during high school but because I was a lineman you couldnt see it lol.

i'm the same way! i play offensive and defensive line. I'm pretty thin for a lineman though.
the thing is my stomach is actually flat and pretty firm, but i want to build more muscle there, and i'm broke. and for whatever reason, normal sit-ups don't do a whole lot for me. i've tried different types, but they never do anything. i do leg lifts, and they work pretty well. i was wondering if there was anything better.
...put heavy weights on your chest...do sit-ups...DEATH_GODX

small bag of sand will do....if not..look for something heavy but no too heavy that will cause you to suffocate...In reasonable weight range
