I hate it when they end videos about spiders with the cliche line "Maybe if people knew more about them, it will turn human fear, into fascination".
No I'm not fascinated by it. If I see one in real life, I'm screaming like a girl and running like hell.

Same here, I was outside pulling weeds from the side of the house when A huge wolf spider came out at me. 1st time that i Have ever done a successful backflip in my life.

[QUOTE="LoG-Sacrament"]zomg i want one as a pet. MrGeezer
They're not exactly rare in the pet industry, and can be obtained pretty easily. You can get one for about $50, but it'll be a baby and you'll have to grow it yourself.
i can just it feed those cheap $1 mice right?
These are much worse
They get up to 2-3 feet and they look like something out of the Alien movies......

Wrong. They get about 2-3 INCHES long, and they aren't even venomous.
Camel spiders can Numb what they bite but they dont attack humans, people still get freaked out by them since they collect hair from humans and cattle for their nests

I have no shame surrounding my fear. I would do the same.
I thought there was bigger :( I remember hearing about a spider so big that people used thier webs as fishing nets. Maybe i just made it upWitchsight
Might be true, banana spiders i believe can make really big webs. Correct me if i'm wrong. But i dont think they qualify as the biggest spider per say. Just BIG webs.
