90% of anime today sucks. The glory days of anime ended whenever you could just watch it on TV instead of having to order it off of commercials on VHS. Now it seems every emo in Japan has picked up a pencil and got his own anime series.Viedric

I'd pick Digimon and all pokemon copies.. they're so annoying.

lol, Digimon. That's still not old-school. I'm talking about Vampire Hunter-D, Akira, the original Dragon Ball, etc. Most of that stuff is out of the 80's.

No digimon is one of the worst. What's the difference between the"original" dragon ball and the one we see now? Both are annoying imo:P

It was good then because I was a kid, heh. But it actually had a storyline that made sense. All these Z and GT nonsense was just guys floating around sweating and screaming for 10 episodes before a fight is over.

Oh, I got a lot... Sailor Moon, Samurai Deeper Kyo, Saiyuki Reload, Gokusen, Hellsing, Trinity Blood, Rurouni Kenshin (Samurai X OVA was pretty good though), Yu Yu Hakusho, Lupin The Third..I could go on and on. There's probably more I could list, but they're just so bad I forgot about em.

People who are saying Naruto is the worst haven't seen really crappy anime, just plain hate anime, or are just trying to go against the grain by hating things that are popular.

But the artstyle is one of the best unlike many shows we get today were drawings are compterized and the stories are meaningless and I blame Ghost in the shell for that! Not that it had a bad story but for the graphics over content thingy in anime.
