I don't think it's just alcohol that's responsible for that - he's got to be on something much harder. Still hliarious, though. Especially the end, where he grabs the bowl somehow expecting it to stop him from tipping back.

That was what I thought too. If you're that out of it from alcohol you're gonna pass out. There has to be something else going on there. Also, booze is not what that dude needed.
I used to work at Circle K, and I have seen quite a few beer runs in my day.
Once, I even got stuck up at knife point... for a bottle of Vodka. I gave him a bottle of Rare Reserve, steel barrel vodka that cost 6.99, and he left...
And they say Alchohol is less dangerous than majiuana.
