Worst sickness you ever had?

I have had strep throat, worst sore throat I ever had.

When I was 4 I had severe chicken pox.

I had an ear infection once that caused me to vomit and I couldnt walk/talk normally for a few days.

i got salmonella from my pet turtle when i was 13

probably the worst 2 months of my life

i gave the turtle to my sister LAWL!!!!

I caught Pneumonia. I remember waking up one morning and had this hideous pain in the right side of my lungs, or was it both sides, can't quite remember, but anyway; it was like I had just run 400 meters without warming up, you know you get what they called a stitch in your lungs? It was like that, except a little worse and it never goes away. I got taken to hospital after 2 days of this symptom. I couldn't go anywhere, I was totally crippled.

It's a terminal illness for some, it left me with scarred lungs, I can breath fine now, just occasionally every known and then i'll feel the pain again on my right lung.

Edit: This might sound stupid but i'm not sure I got the right name for the illness. Never looked it up on the net before, to me it was pronounced "Umonia" but as with these medical conditions they are spelt funny, I might of typed the wrong one.

The illness I suffered is caused by cold entering the lungs. You can catch it if you breath in cold air and don't keep your chest warm.

I wanted to see the sun come up lol.

Never had chicken pox, measles, or the flu. What I did have though, once, was pneumonia. That was NOT a good time.

Depends on what you mean by "worst".

I've had Crohn's Disease for about 8 years...when I first got it, I was malnourished and got down to 85 pounds (which is not good for a guy who is 5'9"). Plus I had some pretty bad stomach pain for about 3 months while they tried to figure out what was wrong with me.
Also, about a year and a half ago I had a pulmonary embolism; even though I didn't really feel sick when I got it, it's probably more dangerous than my Crohn's is.

Poison Ivy/Oak every summer for a few years. I never learned. :evil:

All over my face too, I looked like a freak.

It was only food poisoning, but it was terrible for me considering it's the worst I've had. I never throw up, sooo.

I was swimming in my friends pool and i suddenly broke out in hives all over and they started to burst.

EDIT-I found out when i was born that I was 2 months premature because The cord choked me to death and i was in a incubater for 3 weeks and i had a blood clot in my head.( i just asked my mother) :lol:

Never really had anything too bad. Maybe in one time in high school when I had mild food sickness.

I had the AIDS but it's gone now. But really the worst I've ever had was a mild struck throat. And the most times I've puked in a row was 12 because I wanted to beat my last record of 11.
