This can also be about KFC, and other fast food places. Mine would have to be when my coke was orange juice. I spat it all over the counter when I drank it.
When I got a big mac with no meat. I brought it back up and told them burgers are supposed to have meat and after a few second of silence the guy said....."oh yeah!". *facepalm*
My worst experience was at burger king. I ordered a double stacker and dr pepper with fries. And i got a half filled diet coke with a whopper jr with no meat patty. Worst part is, i was taking the drive thru and it was too late when i saw i had the wrong order.
When some stupid lady gave us sweet tea but when we sipped some of it, it wasn't sweet! Then we went back and my dad told the woman that it wasn't sweet and she took the lid off the cup, poured some sugar in it, and then asked was it sweet enough. And then I hate these idiots that get an attitude when you come back because they jacked up your order. If you got a job, do it right.

When I was younger, I ordered a plain burger "without anything," implying just the meat and bun. Of course, the guy left out the bun and just gave me a meat patty.

Reminds me of a time when I was 8-9 years old and I had this huge attitude (I mean I was yelling and crying) when it was time to get out of the play palace or whatever they call it.

I ordered fries. I had eaten about three. As I reach for the next fries, I notice they look strange.The fries were completely wrapped in spider webs, fuzz, and lint. They are also blue and green. That was my last meal at McDonalds.

You probably wouldnt eat any of the food you have already ate if you knew what nasty doo doo stuff went into it or accidently got into it.
At wendy's my dads burger had frozen buns. My dadasked the lady next to us if she had frozen buns.

Having worked at Wendy's the buns aren't frozen, they are delivered fresh every 3 days I believe, dunno why you got a frozen one. Worst experience? Probably when the people behind the counter get my burger wrong and then when I bring it up to them and tell them, they take the burger, throw it away and get me a new one, I'm like "WTF" just gimme the burger instead of throwing it away and then get me the new one, it was policy at Wendy's to do that and it makes sense.

i was picking up a quarter pounder w/cheese meal and the entire restaurant was packed with screaming kids running around, their parents not doing anything, and the longest lines ever that was being attended to by the new workers. it was one big giant sensory overload :P
I would have to say at this one place Andy's which is like a chain 50's dinner sorta thing and their food is actually really good. This one time however a waitress took our order, and ended up going home sick without giving it to the kitchen, so we waited there for about 45 minutes, and when a family who walked in, ordered, got served, and ate who came in after us we finally decided to consult the manager who was extremely apolagetic and gave us our food free, but that didn't make it worth it. I still go there all the time though, the food and service are great.
I can't recall, but I remember a lady ordering a cup of coffee in this sandwich shop. The person behind the counter poured a cup then microwaived the coffee. She asked what the hell he was doing. He said that the coffee was cold and he was warming it up. lol. She yelled demanding that he make a fresh batch.
Waited 50 minutes for my meal (ended up just leaving). Also I was kicked out because the manager said I was doing stuff the day before when I hadn't been at that restaurant for atleast half a year.
