Okay now that Street Fighter Legend of Chun Li flopped and is being disrespected as much as the first street fighter movie, there I ask everyone worst video game movie of all-time. I present to you Street Fighter: The Movie vs. House of the Dead, why do i think a few people are gonna write in Super Mario Bros, and Mortal Kombat part 2, LMAO.
House of the dead one they made for Sci Fi was decent for an b rank movie, second one was bad. Hitman was also decent. first Resident Evil movie rock, but sharply went down hill after the next two. I can't think of any games movies that were bad, cause i haven't seen them all
I'm lingering between House of the dead or Resident Evil : Extinction In all honestly, I think I'll say RE : Extinction because House of the dead was actually a little amusing to watch, me being a fan of the Resident Evil franchise, Extinction was quite frankly an insult to it in my opinion.
Movies based on games usually suck because they tend to explain the story or "reconstruct" it so that people who have not played the game could understand rather than following the original storyline of the game to please the gamers.

A yes, but Doom had nudity. And The Rock! So thus it cannot be the worst. My vote goes for Super Mario Brothers, as it had absolutely nothing to do with the game.
I've never seen one before (I'm quite lucky). But I didn't need more than 30 seconds of a youtube video to decide that super mario bros deserves an award for such an awful movie.

Woot woot for All That Remains. But anyway, the first and second Mortal Kombat are definitely up there.The first mortal kombat is the only video game film i consider good. The second on the other hand is absoutely awful and gets my vote as the worst since Im such a huge MK fan.

Doom. I was expecting something like scientists experimenting with portal technology and they accidently open a gate to hell (that's the plot of the game) but no we get something completely different.
I keep seeing Doom, and Tomb raider, along with RE, have you folks even heard of Uwe Boll? The man won a life time achievement award from the Razzies, for being so bad. All he makes are VG movies, horrible, horrible VG movies, this is the man who brought us masterpieces such as Postal, Alone in the Dark, House of the dead, Far Cry and In the name of the king (Widely considered to be his best film with a 4% rating on RT) and he's an ass, such an ass. So please, PLEASE if you think Doom, Tomb raider or the RE movies are the worst VG movies, do yourself the displeasure of viewing an Uwe Boll film, your standards of what is horrible will change and other VG movies will look like oscar winning material in comparison.

That meets the criteria for "good"? I thought it was horrible... For real... That movie had like no plot whatsoever, and the dialogue was just horrible. The only good thing about that movie was that we got to see the world of FFVII one more time, and the visuals.
Legend of Chun-Li is on its way to being the worst theatrically released action movie since Ballistic: Ecks vs. Sever, which is coincidentally the worst action movie ever according to Rotten Tomatoes (sits at 0%). The worst I have ever seen was probably the SMB movie which had almost NOTHING to do with the game.
