Worst way you quit/broke up with someone

I just quit my job I had for 3 weeks by saying I'm moving due to a family emergancy. I told them my sister got divorced and tried to kill herself so I'm moving to an other city to help out because she's going to rehab. But I'm really not I just found a better job and didn't want to hurt their feelings and piss them off.

Never had a true relationship to have a true break-up. :(

Had appraisal/one to one today... By the sound of things I would be doing them a favour by leaving. I wouldn't want to go doing anybody any favours.

Meh, they kept making me work 7 days in a row and every weekend. I finally got ticked one day.

I've only been in two relationshps, and the first one I was the dumpee. Second one I'm currently in and have no intention of ending, so it's likely I'll never be the one who breaks up with the other.

Called her and told her I couldn't be with her and hung up.

Tied em up, showed them a repeat marathon of Troma movies.

I requested a week of vacation 6 months ahead of time. It got approved.

I would talk about it with my boss occasionally, tell her what my plans were and so forth.

I paid for some aspects of the vacation ahead of time.

When the scheduel came out for the 2 weeks that encompassed my vacation, I noticed that I was scheduled.

I talked to my boss about it and she said that the scheduling wouldn't work if I wasn't there and that I could no longer have the days off. I didn't say anything.

I went on vacation anyway and never came back.

I made the decision to avoid relationships until I graduate college. Most of my friends have had their lives dragged down to hell in some way because of them, either financially or emotionally.

Also, every job I've ever had I was either laid-off because it went under or left because it was just volunteer work, so I really don't have anything interesting.

*Sigh* My last relationship. Got jumped on by her relatives and friends. Apparently, I cheated on her with one of her best friends whom I've met only once. Rumor spread that I screwed around with her best friend. She and her best friend got into an argument, with her friend claiming I did have sex with her. She brought the sh1t to her family member, and they brought it to me. I didn't know WTF was going on til after they messed me up. When I saw my ex GF, she was very amused about the aftermath of getting my ass whooped. After we argued back and forth for a moment, I said eff it. I broke it up. Days later, she apologized to me. Apparently, her "friend" did have sex with a guy, a guy she thought was her boyfriend considering how close the two seem to be. Surprisingly, neither me nor that guys name got mentioned in their little argument, so she assumed her friend was referring to me. Considering how quiet I was, her friend thought we weren't together. My ex pleaded and begged for us to keep that relationship going. I said eff it and for the first time in my life, I actually said "fvck you" to her. I didn't appreciate getting jumped on by her goons and if she's stupid enough to believe rumors while knowing exactly how I am, she got some real trust issues.I'm not interested in trying to fix then nor do I give people second chances when they do sh1t like that.....tocool340

With that type of dishonesty, I am surprised you have a job or someone to break up with at all.

With one girl I just quit answering the phone when she'd call.

Right after I climaxed I looked her in the eyes and said, "GTFO and don't come back, b*tch!"

During an insecure and emotionally unstable phase when I was younger, I made a death threat on my ex at the time.

I slept with my girlfriends older sister when I found out she was cheating on me.

I quit my job today I told them my emergancy got moved up and I'll be moving tomorrow lol and that i'll be in on monday to get my check.

With that type of dishonesty, I am surprised you have a job or someone to break up with at all.

Ex girlfriend turned off my ps3 so I told her to leave or I would call the cops... Nobody turns off my PS3 when a new Uncharted game comes out.

Tbh, most relationships I've been in it seems (or at least it feels like it..) I'm the one who ends up most sad, hurt, and all that sh*t. I'm more angry at myself for it later on. I guess it's a chick thing, or a Suzy thing.

As for jobs, I've never had a problem. I've actually been really lucky with jobs.

Job: I've had jobs, they've ended appropriately enough, though I once got laid off due to budget cutbacks.

GF: If you ask one girl I knew several years back, she'd say I all of a sudden stopped calling. I think she thought we were together when we really weren't. We both knew we liked each other, but because of her parents being very strict, I knew things wouldn't work and I told her so, and I felt we were both okay with it, because we were friends, and I felt that's what we remained. I didn't even realize this until one day a year or so later when she was leaving for Ohio that week (to move), I saw her with a group of friends. I remember specifically one of her friends asking something, and both she and I said the same thing at the same time and she said, verbatim, "Ah, see, that's how in sync you and I were at one time.... Then you stopped calling... Then I stopped calling.... Then I cried for a month." This was in front of mutual friends and her current boyfriend. It was awkward (I felt bad for the boyfriend) and I think I said "Well that's how life goes sometimes" or something, and she said "And actually, if you hadn't broken up with me, I wouldn't have started going out with [this guy who she claims was a real jerk to her]." She was a bucket full o' crazy.

When I divorced my wife in february I set up my exit behind her back over the course of 6 months making sure that there was no way for her to legally use anything against me, get any money, screw me over at all etc etc.

Then I just left. She tried to call, I blocked her number. She got a new phone, I blocked that one too. She tried to friend me on Facebook, I deleted my account. Haven't talked to her since March.

I say "divorced" but we are still technically married since I can't file until it has been 12 months.

Call me a douche for being all covert if you want to. You would have to know her. She would have fvcked me over had I let her catch wind of my plans to leave her ass. Guaranteed.

Well, that being said in the term of having a strong relationship with a member of the opposite sex. I've had plenty of break ups with friends. In that case, the worst I recall was when I told one of them I watched My Little Pony. He literally Rage Quited me, if that makes any sense.

I was broken with up over the phone.
