Wotlk : Boom or Bust?

anybody know Wotlk? ,

does anybody guess what kind of effect it's gonna have on the WoW community? take into consideration that a lot of ppl stil habe the original wow (lvl 60 cap) so going to 80 is probably a mistake .

i figure that blizzard should at least raise the lvl cap to 70 for the player that didn't buy the BC so the lvl dif wont be that high

yeah but you gotta give them reason to buy the next expansion.

if you dont buy the expansion your left out, no one is going to just farm sunwell over and over again and not get the expansion... so if you dont get the expansion you might as well quit unless your an uber casual and havn't even gotten to 70 yet or your 70 but you alt it up soo much .. but w/e

i was in a hardcore raiding guild 80th in the US... and to me your question is just funny, you get the expansion or you quit.. its blizz's way of getn money outa everyone and who dosn't like new talent trees ant 10 new talents to play with ... not to mention a whole new reigon?

true , i would buy the expansion , but i am geting tired of the new patch thing.... WoW => WoW:BC=>Zul aman patch=> Sunwel patch=> Wotlk=> 1.000.000 pathes later =?

its kinda geting old , i wonder how much wil they be able to keep it up , EVERY game has an end , wow is a game , it has to have an end .

Question is , after Wotlk , what wil Blizzard do? even if they release the diablo3 and starcraft , and (god forbid) a stracraft MMO (rummord on some game forums) they wont be aqble to keep the 10 million players that are currently on WoW , so it seams Blizzard has to either make another expansion after wotlk or go belly-up in bussines

I play a hunter as well, and I can't really see the bad in the changes. Mainly because I don't pvp much, and I die anyways because I'm a lousy pvp'er :P

I can't wait for the new Exotic pets in Northrend, I'm kinda tired of my undead boar from Eastern Plaguelands... :?

Glad I quit WoW, all I can say. WoW forgot about the hardcore gamers with BC's release, and all WotLK is gonna be is just another toy for all the casual people. orazinac

truth about Wlk being another toy, but casuals need something as well. I like the idea with insanely tough raids from vanilla, but I kinda like the idea with 10 and 25-man versions of the different raids. They just need to make something as epic and amazing as Ahn'qiraj or Naxxramas ver. 1

Wow is outdated and boring (I have played it yes) And its sad how all that Warcraft lore is in an MMO now :( i loved the lore and books, and the WarCraft games were an awesome RTSRingx55

It is a bit sad that all that amazing lore is in an MMO now, and we need more Warcraft RTS's. I hated that we killed Illidan and Kil'jaeden in BC, making two awesome lore figures disappearing from the face of Azeroth.. what will happen when we've killed ALL the cool baddies and freed the world of all evil ?

There is no doubt that WOTLK will be extremly succesful as World Of Warcraft is the best MMORPG available.

I played WoW for 3 years. I will not be playing WOTLK. Though many people will be. There is no doubt about that.
