Would anyone here give their kid a weird name?

I'd name my kid Sheogorath if I ever had a kid.

No, I don't want them to get picked on.

Also might add for a bit of fun: My Dad, before I was born wanted to call me Jesse. So I'd be named Jesse James Lawless.

I would give my kid a unique name, but not too weird.

Id name my son Lauren so hed get picked on a lot and get in lots of fights that way when he grows up he'll be tough as hell.

But no i'd probably just name my kid something normal.

My mother wants a name from our families past to make a comeback. It's been almost 300 years since the name has been used. In our family anyways.

Might make it a middle name.

On topic, I'd have to name my son Sue.

I'm not planning on kids yet (I'm 15, BTW) but I don't really know what to call him/her. I have a Greek background and I have a surname that reflects that, so I'm stuck. I'll have to consider this.

I'd like to call any daughter I might have Embel, since it's close enough to normal sounding for them not to get get f***ed with hopefully, but that's where that'd end.

Otherwise I'd like to just look at rarer names instead of hijacking s*** from games/making stuff up (or maybe I could throw it in as their middle name, since no-one cares about those).

I want to name my daughter Samus and here middle name will be Aran, I don't think she would be picked on really for that because people could just call her Sam and the name would be unique I mean it's not like I'm naming my kid Gaylord or something.

If I had a son I'd name him Goddammit Boy. That way I could honestly say "Goddammit Boy, get me a beer".

I like Zora as a first name, it just sounds like the kind of name you would give to a really pretty and smart girl.

Wait, there is a show I remember on Disney channel and one of the characters is named Zora.

No, I'd never name them something weird.

I wouldn't be beyond naming them after a character that I like that has a normal name. I seriously want to name my kid after Oliver Queen aka Green Arrow, he'd be Oliver Owens! :P

If I ever lost my mind and decided to have a demon spawn then I would name it Malefis Demious(first and middle name) This translates into malice demon.
