I was just wondering if it's illegal to carry a steel baton lets say either on you or in your car. I saw some cool batons online for 30 bucks and they're pretty cool. Are they legal? I'm from America New York
There shouldn't be a problem with having one in your home. Again, it's the matter of carriying it on your person, which I don't believe it's legal, unless you have a job that requires you to do so. I'm not too sure about that.
with less than leathal weapons it's normally founded under local law so no place is going to be the same. Most likely new york is going to be a big NO. If you want protection you should look into some mace.
