Would this count as sexual harassment?

If a girl gets in my face as if she's trying to be threating and I kiss her because well she's in my face.

I had the opportunity today when a girl in my physiology class had an issue with me and I think I might troll her tomorrow so she'll do it again and ill go in for the kill :P

I don't like her but hey she's kinda cute, she's like 5,2 so I doubt she can cause any physical harm to me.

It's not sexual harrasment...it's battery. If you kiss her, you could be charged with assault and battery. (Not that you would be charged, but you could be charged.) Not a great idea.

No it's not. Otherwise anyone that ever went in for a first kiss would be accused of sexual harassment. :P

Not a good idea. Just because it works for Bugs Bunny doesn't mean it'll work for you. Besides, the way people are litigious these days, it's not worth the risk.

I would highly discourage it only because you could be looking at sexual assault charges. It doesn't matter why it happened, the fact is that it happened. Your story of her being in your face will for the most part go in one ear and out of the other while the handcuffs are being put on because when it comes to assault against a woman unless you have stab wounds all over you with the knife still in her hand you're going to be the one who gets slammed. It's just the way things go.

We were discusssexism and the military, long story short after the 30min+ conversation I said "I feel men are superior for the military and I guess uncle sam does too because YOU(Christina) can't become a Navy Seal". So, she said "you need a good as* whoppin", so I replied "Oh yeah? who's gonna give it to me you".
