I would but then again, if I'm able to do so chances are they'll be able to punch me back. Hell, people could just go around punching anybody they want regardless if they're being jerks or not. Yeah, if something like this were to be invented, I'd probably have to destroy the prototype and the blueprints for it for the sake of us all. Maybe take out the inventor too...
