If I find out after I fall in love... then probably. I've discovered that femininity is what I find attractive... not necessarily the woman sex. So if she talks, walks, acts, looks and thinks like a woman... but is/was a man, then I doubt I would much care.

No. Never.

There are many things I would tolerate in a girl... but not actually being a girl is not one of those things.

Well it depends, I would probably find out that he'she is actually transsexual after falling for her/him and so asking questions, being curious about them etc. So if I fell in love with this person their pst sex wouldn't probably matter for me. But I can't be sure

My own opinion is that nobody can really change their sex. A person that is born male, will always be a male. They can chop off whatever they want, but they are still a male.

Well, surgery can change one's sex... and gender is quite fluid.

Surgery can change a persons appearance, but it doesn't change the genetics.

Transsexuals are those that were born in the wrong gendered body, right? If so, yes. Even if I'd known them pre-op, and I loved them, I'd stay with them. I think they deserve every ounce of my respect, for taking that choice it is to realise you were born in the wrong body and that you're going to do something about it.

And science is working on a way to let lesbians reproduce genetically without the need for a man. So really, does sex even matter?

Not to me, in as much as what other people do doesn't affect my wife and I for the most part.

No way, I would never do it. All respect to transexuals for their courage and choice, but I believe we are born either a man or a woman and there's no changing it.

what the heck? The world is going to hell if this is true. Why all the push for gay everything all of a sudden? And now scientist are working on a way for lesbians to reproduce without the need for a man? Its enough they have to poison the food system but this is going way to far. What happened to leaving things natural.

Not natural. What if the next step in our evolutionary process is the modofication of our "natural" abilities? Making fire isn't natural either. And we wouldn't be where we are now without it. And what about the internet is natural? Why are you posting here if you promote "leaving things natural"?

Afraid of becoming obsolete as a male?

Yes, it's been a while since it was theoretically proven that a woman can generate a baby from her and another woman's ovule.

They are also working on a way to allow men to carry children as well.

And my points still stands. What is "natural" about artificial fire and the internet (both human creations) when transexualism and lesbian reproduction isn't? Almost nothing humans do, eat, or make is "natural." "Natural" for humans is gathering nuts/berries/roots, scavenging corpses living in caves and producing babies. Fire, stone tools, farming, domestication and and weapons are completely unnatural products of human creativity. Though, they are also to an extent (tools mostly) the products of chimpanzee/bonobo creativity too.

Good points but I wasnt concerned about those. I have no problem with the rest. You like to argue and simply I will not stand by this. Thats that. I think its silly scientist are pushing , especially for a man to pop a grown baby out :?. Its gross and I will always will think so. A purist on this situation? Heck yes!

Probably not, but I'd rather judge on the individual than make some blanket statement about whether I would or wouldn't date a transexual.

I would not date a FTM transexual, but I would definitely date a MTF transexual. I consider transexual women just as beautiful as genetically born women. On the inside, a transexual woman has everything a genetic woman has. I judge someone based on their heart-- not what's between their legs.

Yes, if i don't know she is transexual, however, if i enjoy the date and later i find she is transexual, then i wouln't stop seeing her, then again, if i'm willing to still date her, maybe at the end i don't need to Not know for date a transexual.

Long story short, maybe.
