I lived most of my life in a smaller town. I liked it just because you didn't have to lock your doors or have to be worried about getting robbed or shot.
I grew up in a small town...(Graduated in a class of 24 people)....K-12 was in teh same building with only 500 students......as much as I hated it...now as I've gotten older..I can appreciate the good things that went with the bad...would I move back to a town that size?...probably not....but you can bet I will move out of the city soon and find a much smaller town to live in....
I live in the middle of freaking no where right now...a small town would be a slight improvment...but I would prefer a decent sized city.. Darth-Caedus

What do you consider small? I consider the town I live in to be small, our population is just short of 23,000 and the town itself stretches just short of 4 miles. Any smaller and I'd probably lose my mind, but I was born and raised in a city, so that could be why.

I live in a small enough town already, about 400-500 people. It's quite nice, but I can also get to New York in about 30mins-an hour depending on traffic. So I love where I live. :P
Having moved to NZ from Melbourne every place is a small place. Although living in Blenheim, the cops were super lenient to our drunken military shenanigans.
it depends on what you see as small? Like 400 people as small? My town had a little over 20,000 in the 2000 census and some people would consider that small.
Nope... I live in Fargo, ND (about 100,000 people; 200,000 in the metropolitan area) and that's as small of a city as I'd like to live in. Small towns freak me out. I just feel like...you have no privacy and that you're so cut off from the rest of the world.
