Would you ever donate your organs to save someone's life?

Im sure alot of people would say yes for their family members. But for random people, people you don't know would you donate say a kidney to them? An act of kindness that would save a life. I would, but my reason is not out of kindness, mine is that I just feel like I would have nothing to lose and they would have everything to gain. What would you do?

They would be more productive than me regardless, so yes.....

I haven't lived yet, and I have a great set up for when I do start living. Maybe someone who was brilliant and young or someone I really cared about. Otherwise no, probably not.
