Only if he/she was threatening the lives of people I cared about, or if they showed absolutely no respect and held no value for the lives of other people.
If you were allowed to kill one person and get away with it, there's nothing to stop the rest of the world being allowed to kill you, and not get in trouble for it.

No. I would never end a life. Unless of course I was forced to choose between a single person and a million others. I would try to follow Spock's mantra of: "The needs of the many outweigh the needs of the few."
I would still feel horrible... but not as horrible as ending 1 million lives.
If at all possible, I would try to devise a way to save ll their lives and end the forcee's life.

:shock: Touchy... I'd only know if I was in the position. Every situations different. I could be some hardcore assassin and throw in the towel at the sight of a little kid hugging my target, even if IÂ thought that the kid wouldn't ever see the fellow again.
