Topic. would you rather be 3 ft. taller or 3 ft. shorter from whatever your height is now. I'd personally be 3 feet taller.

Be 9 foot, for 3 foot. Having a bruised head or a sore neck from looking up at everything. Both would be horrible, i can't decide :cry:

3ft shorter, if I was 9'1" I would be taller than the standard ceiling height so I would have to bend down all the time.

I can't even decide! If I was 3 feet taller, I'd be too tall and if I was 3 feet shorter, I'd be too short.

Hmmm over 9 or just over 3 feet....I think I'll take shorter. They make more accomadations for shorter people than they do tall. I can barely fit into a lot of cars and tight areas as it is now

this is assuming my proportions stay the same.

this is an easier question for the insanely tall 8'5"+ or super short people 3' and below in which case it makes you a more average height

That's hard to say... I'm 6'0'' now and so happy with my height. I'm already quite tall for a girl...so being 9 feet tall would be even weirder...but, then again, I don't really know what it's like being short and 3 feet just sounds too tiny. 9 feet I guess. :(

I think taller = more advantages than shorter. You would still be able to make the loves to average-height women, and you'd probably get hired or promoted faster.

Sorry short people (hey I'm only 5'6" myself, it sucks).

Well I am 4'11" so going three feet shorter would make me 1'11" that would really suck. So I say three feet taller...

I guess I'd go with 3 feet taller. But that seems way too excessive since I'd be over 9 foot.

3ft taller. Basketball players can earn millions just for being freakishly gangly whereas dwarf tossing is pretty much a dead sport and I'm not sure I could hack the discrimination in a competitive job market.

3 feet taller definitely. I mean, I'm already 6'0, so I wouldn't particularly want to be any taller, but I'd much rather be 9ft tall than be only 3ft.

Being nine feet tall would be a huge pain in the ass on a daily basis, but I think it would still be better than being three feet tall. Three feet taller it is!
