Scenario: One of your family members is going to die from AIDS and the only way to stop that person from dying is to get the cure or treatment(That Magic Johnson had) that is very expensive. Your health insurance obviously doesn't cover it and you have got to do something to keep that important family member of yours alive. Would you rob a bank to get the cure?? Kinda like a John Q thing..
If you were to rob a bank, who knows how many other people would die because you have taken the money that they have saved up their entire lives. It's hard to let someone you know well die, but you would be doing something far worse by robbing a bank or stealing from others.
I'd rob a bank if I knew I wouldn't get caught even if one of my family members wasn't dying from some disease where the cure was really expensive and I couldn't afford it. I could buy myself a mansion and a private limo, helicopter and yacht so I would never to walk anywhere if I didn't want to. I would also buy a humongous screen TV with surround sound and the nicest DVD player available, a bowling alley, my own olympic size heated swimming pool with diving board and a hot tub and workout area near the swimming pool area.
Why not, if i would never get caught, and If i was stealing from people who didn't deserve it, i would say so... but if I was stealing from people who did deserve it, thats a different question.
Yes, but I'd steal if from Bill Gates, he can at least make back that money in a couple weeks. And I would ONLY do it in a life or death situation.Video_Tycoon

The amount he gives is insignificant to what he makes. He can just sit at home all day and his shares in Microsoft will make him money.

This is all assuming there is a cure/treatment that eliminates AIDS. Also, this is assuming I have knowledge of the future and use it to find out if i get caught or not. Assuming both are real, yes. I would rob the bank. Also, it depends on the family member, whether or not I'd help them.

Bank owners are rich, l'm not. Besides, it's probly all insured. lf it's not then they deserve to lsoe the money for being so dumb. That money doesent all belong to the owner, it belongs to the people. and even if it is insured, that doesent make it anymore right to do. Just cause someone has house insurance doesent mean you should burn it down....

Bank owners are rich, l'm not. Besides, it's probly all insured. lf it's not then they deserve to lsoe the money for being so dumb. That money doesent all belong to the owner, it belongs to the people. and even if it is insured, that doesent make it anymore right to do. Just cause someone has house insurance doesent mean you should burn it down.... But the bank is holding their money, if it's stolen it's the bank's responsibility to replace it. And the hosue analogy doesn't work. They're not going to be without somewhere to live, they'll still have a home and plenty of money 9probably more than l will ever see for that matter) between the robbery and getting the insurance.

lf justice is law, then no. But if justice is law then Nazi murders were justice. lt'd do no one any real damage and l could use the money to do far more good than the inconvenience of a billionaire having a few million less for a week or so.

Well i forgot what the thing is called but banks usually have people insured if anything happens up to $100,000.00
anyone hear about the story of the mma fighter who with some of his friends roobed an english bank for 100 million dollars. he later move to morocco which he is a citizen of and the british police have no jurisdiciton in arresting him. its hilarious cuz he spend alot of the money alrady in buyin a mansion and stuff.
