no, you could not buy another kidney or some augmented piece with the same functions. You have one kidney and if it fails, dialisis. $2 billion would afford you many non-alcoholic pleasures though.

Hell ****ing yeahSmittyPeppersWith $2 billion dollars I'm pretty sure that I could find a way to acquire another kidney...legal or not. Maybe I couldn't BUY a new one, but I'm damn sure that there would be SOME way that I could get one.

Hell, with $2 billion you could probably start your own chain of black market organ stores, 7-Eleven style.
Of course i could buy a new one, they couldn't cost that much.KiIIyou

I only really need one anyway.
I would..... $2 billion is no joke.....Besides leaving you with $2 billion, it's ****ing $2 billion.I wouldn't..... a nephrectomy is no joke....Besides leaving you with one kidney, it's a higher risk for end stage renal failure.

I always thought alcohol affected the liver...Abso-*******-lutely.
I could live without alcohol for the rest of my life.

I thought the kidneys played a part too?
Hell, the only times I learned about the anatomy in the military was during self-aid and buddy care and knife-fighting.
No thanks. I'd like to keep my organs where they are. Besides, buying a house and a new car, I don't know what else I'd do with the money. Guess I could buy a bunch of DS games.

Agreed, itd be the first thign to do, then go and drink like hell.
Without a doubt. This will make things pretty compeititive with my mom, though (who will probably need a kidney some time in the next ten years), but it's 2 billion; I think she'd understand.
This is why I can't wait for Obama's health plan to go through. The only way for private practices to stay open will be to start showing off their benifits, and that's with a freezer full of kidneys. Kidneys bought from Jo-public, people such as me 8)
Hey Carl here Hmmm tough tough desicion... Carl's kidney is worth quite a bit but 2 billion is a good amount of money. Carl would have to pass, I don't need that much money anyway. Health is priceless.calr262626
