Same here. It's frozen on the loading screen with that Zune logo and the loading bar.

iPod Nano 8gb fits every NIN, Ashes Divide, APC, Zero 7, Portishead, Air, Foo Fighters albums that they made on it, so it's all good. And it's about 3 quarters the size of my hand, WIN.

I believe the Zune has the 2nd largest market share in the MP3 market so there is going to be a large amount of people affect by this.

I wonder what makes the 20GB break and not and 120GB. Don't they have the same firmware?

Microsoft doesn't have to help with its competitor's customers.
