So about a week ago me and him (he is black btw) were drinking some Coca Cola outside the school, when this guy runs out of the school with a jar of cash (which looks like it was for a fundraiser of somekind), he sees my friend, then shoves the jar in his arms. Now, keep in mind that the thief had a hoody on, so his skin colour was not visible from the back. A teacher runs outside, my friend freezes and drops the jar, with the money dropping all over his feet. $300 to be exact. So he gets a talk with the principal, he gets told he will be expelled if he does not bring in $150. My friend gets pissed, and I dont blame him. Then the principal whips out some sheet of paper from his desk and says this: Out of every race in North America, African americans are responsible for the most. Add this onto the fact that you seem to constantly be in dire need for money (he is poor, asshat), and that you were caught WITH the money, I have every reason to get you out of this school. WTF, this is bull****! When I tried to say that I was there, and showed him the guy who really took it. (I recognized his face, I know him) The principal said that I should stop defending him and just tell the truth. HOW THE **** is my friend, who rarely sees money, going to scrape up $150 by tomorrow?!
Report this to the school board you could probably fight the school law and win. And Get your Princeapal Fired and expelled from the campus and your School District.

Man if that is what really happened that sucks big time. Make sure your friend does not pay anything as he has done nothing wrong and has nothing to feel guilty about. If you know who it was aswell then I'm sure you can identify them and do the school for discrimination or something.

my husband got expelled from our school too...and i believe its because of race as well. Hes white, and he defended himself against several native americans. And it was very obvious it was all about race, cause when he was escorted from the room, they called him some racial slurs, and he shoots back at them, and he is the one who gets into trouble by responding to them. They got nothin. ABSOLUTELY nothing. They got off completely scott free....while he was expelled. Granted he broke a desk over a kids head...but that was yet again, self defense.
What happened to innocent till proven guilty and whoever was chasing the origanal guy would'nt they notice that he was wearing a hoody and your friend was not (or if he was wearing a hoody what are the chances that it is the same one) thats proberly the best argument I can think of.

It may be fake, but not because of that. The principle didn't write that, he was just reading some statistic, probably that blacks have a higher criminal rate than whites, which unfortunately is probably true. Doesn't your school have cameras? Mine is covered in them. Just have them check the camera.

Well, if they walked into him and he was holding the goddamn money, what reasons do they have to not expel him? I can't imagine it's about him being black so much as he got caught red-freaking-handed (in the principal's eyes, mind you).
Why do many stories of injustice in OT often read like Peanuts cartoons? Specifically few if any adults are involved when this is clearly a case where they would be but there's no mention of them.

Well i gotta throw a bachelorette party in July...so the location currently is in the works.
Go speak to the authorities & the local news channels, if you stir things up a bit you may be able to expose something thats bigger than just a simple mistake in identity.
