I was wondering what you think is better, paintball or airsoft. I play both and i would have to say paintball is just a little bit better. But airsoft is alot cheaper an all you need is plastic bbs and a battery, not expensive paint. plus you dont need a tank of compressed air or co2
I always had more fun with airsoft. It was very cheap, less painful, and can be played almost anywhere. I mean we played it in my friends basement, in our backyards, or in the woods. In paintball we always had to go to some woods and get all geared up.
How is that relevant to this at all? Unless you host some pretty terrifying games...
:lol: I don't mean use real ones in the same way. I mean at ranges or skeet shooting, etc. Though it would make for one hell of a round if you used real guns in the woods.:shock:

I dont know about airsoft, but i saw someone get shot with a paintball gun, and it looked like it hurt. Airsoft cause its safer IMO.MetaKnight50
Airsoft is not safer cause one time when i was playing, i got shot in the safety glasses wiht one and it cracked the lenses. Thats's never happened to me in paintball and iv been shot in the face alot.

Airsoft is cheaper, and not as messy, but doesn't have confirmed hits. Apparently it hurts less too, though adrenaline takes care of the pain for me. I'd go with airsoft unless you're playing with people who can't deal with the honour system. I know I've paintballed with people who were blatant, terrible cheaters. :x

The pellets can cut you and go through clothing. Paintball is just some blunt force.

People arent supposed to aim at the face anyways.................
I find that it is more fun to play with airsoft guns because they are cheap and you tend to be able to play with them longer because of them being cheaper.
As long as your a man and can take the pain, paintball is fun. if not, airsoft may be better for you. i like both, airsoft is fun becuase you can regulate it yourself in your own backyard, ang the guns look SWEET. But theres still something about paintball that i cant get enough of.
And for those who dont like airsoft becuase its hard to tell a hit, that why you play surrendur. (where if you hit a person so much he cant take the pain and surrenders. 8)

Or don't wear any clothes. NONE. Then you can see all of the bruises when people aim at your junk
But it's better to play paintball surrender. Only the strong survive. None of that armor nonsense. Sweatpants and sleeveless. Makes for a VERY quick game. You also don't want to play many of them, so I think both paintball and airsoft even out in surrender, cost wise.
