Xbox Live Question

Well this is probably a little far off from the normal topics, but I wanted to know how I can setup another account so my brother can play my xbox and he wont mess with my stats? I know how to make a profile for him but I want two separate accounts on xbox live so that it is totally different from my account. I would appreciate any advice, input, or anyone to look at it. If I confused you I'm sorry, I can't say it correctly! Thanks!

you need to pay for it and use a different email address.
