First off I know this isn't the xbox forum but I posted it there and only got one response so I thought maybe the good people of OT could help me out.

I'm having problems with my Xbox live. I was playing COD4 and all the talking just stopped and it showed everyone was muted so i was like eh not biggy just a technical problem. Well after the match I got kicked and it said that my accoutn was suspended because of payment options I can't remember the exact message. So I tried to connect so I could change the payment plan so i could play again and it wouldn't connect me to Xbox live. So here I am writing this because I have no idea how to fix it and I would really appreciate any help.

No wrong. It's on my mom's credit card I think the problem may be cause by me switching the credit cards because the one I used originally from like 2 years ago got switched with a new one.

Did you just change the name of the account or did you have to erase that account to make your new one?

Changed the name..I'm on the line with Customer Support Billing Department to hopefully clear it up.

Shaddup Habib was no help to me nor was Remy so now I have to have mom call tomorrow I'm sure she'll be thrilled about that probably should tell her I charged $25.00 to her credit card...don't tell.
