Yahoo and Google are... Merging???

I was watching AOTS last night and on the Feed something was mentioned about yahoo and google coming together for some reason. Something like yahoogle. I thought the name was catchy but does anyone know why they are coming together. My gusee is stocks.Red_Trigger
