I'm glad that Yahoo will be telling them to stick it. We don't need Microsoft becoming an even bigger monopoly.
That's not to say that Microsoft won't up their offer or go down the hostile takeover route.

Microsoft should be getting bigger and better, and it was a stupid mistake that Yahoo made to reject the offer from Microsoft.

Microsoft don't get better they get worse because they control more of the market and can use their dominant market position to stifle competition. We've seen it so many times before.why would microsoft want yahoo? they have msn anyway why not spend money trying to improve that and get it out there...muppet1010Google is getting a lot more traffic than Yahoo or MSN search is. More traffic more ad revenue.
When Microsoft sees something that might help them get a better market share they don't improve their own software they just take over a company or two.
