what would u do if u where trapped in a car, in the middle of the most barren desert, with no moon roofs, all the doors are locked from the outside, no keys, empty car, you have nothing with you, windows are sealed and locked... and steel... and... and nobody is with you, and u have no food or water... how would u get out of the car?
Assuming I can't unlock the doors from the inside, I'd hotwire the car and drive somewhere I could get help. Of course, I'd have to know how to hotwire. :P
If you are saying that everything is tightly shut, I would take off my shirt, wrap it around my fist, and punch the window really hard. It should break...It was design like that for some reason :/

exercise time! get in the front passenger seat, lean the seatback, fasten yourseatbelt, and kick the thinnest protected part of the car: the roof. keep kicking and eventually it will warp and bend out of shape even if it's steel. probably will take hours to even make considerable change, but its very possible.
